I am a certified Pastry Chef who enjoys making desserts, wedding, retirement, any type of cake you desire, pastries like croissants, European Tortes such as the traditional Opera or Sacher, yes even gourmet cupcakes and cookies.  My chocolates are made from the finest chocolate from Switzerland and Belgium.

Gearing up for two farmers markets the Rt. 3 and Gordon road starts up April 21 8-1, and on Wednesdays at the Spotsylvania Regional Hospital in the afternoon.

I am ServeSafe Certified by the state of Virginia.
